My Sweet Sadie

It’s no secret that I love all things mesh (especially when done right), so it should come as no surprise that I would fall in love with the new mesh head from LOGO. Her name is Sadie. She comes with 5 skin tones and so many extra options that is all managed via HUD. You can change makeup (and get additional add-on packs), expressions (which you can mix and match the eyes to what the lips are doing), nose shape, eye color (you can also get additional add-on packs), hairbase, eyebrow color, and eyelashes. I had a lot of fun putting this all together.

It’s procrastination time!

Ha! I know so much about procrastination it isn’t even funny! Scary huh? Well, Strawberry Singh is at it again. This time around it’s the procrastination meme! I decided I am going to do this one too since the last one was fun for me. (Picture first, meme, then credits after!)

1. What is the rez date for your current SL Avatar that you use most often? liane Boomhauer – November 17, 2007. I have gone through so much with this avi, I just can’t let her go!
2. Where was the first place you made friends as a newb and got to know people in Second Life? I can’t remember how I came about it, but I used to go to Club Nocturne a lot. I met some great people there and am still friends with a few of them. I ended up working there as a host as well.
3. Where do you spend most of your SL time now? At my SL home mostly.
4. Who is your closest friend in Second Life? (only pick one) I honestly can’t pick just one so here you go: Haddazah Meridoc, DanicaSaerwen Resident, Ishtar Heartsdale, Colorful Sinister (even though she is on hiatus),  and Bridgette Jillybean.
5. What is the most favorite thing in your inventory? (only pick one) Hmm, I think I would have to say my Shark Grin from Contraption. (Maybe I will use it in a blog post again soon!!)
6. The last thing you purchased in Second Life? Glance Skin from Skin Fair (I agree with Strawberry Singh on this one)
7. What color clothing does your avatar wear most often? Either pink, black or purple.
8. Do you prefer to walk, run or fly? I think I fly a lot. I think I like it better than walking, even though I do have a sexy walk if I do say so myself haha.
9. What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done in SL? Not sure there, it could be the time I rode a penis bike….

Purple dreams

I think it’s really hard for me to decide whether purple or pink is my favorite color. But I do know that I tend to wear pink a whole lot more. This post doesn’t have anything to do with the color pink, I am sorry pink lovers! I am wearing mostly purple this time around!

I am also wearing the skin named Hanna from CandyDoll that is available at Skin Fair. The tone I am wearing is named Caramel. It really does remind me of Caramel, so silky and smooth. She is beautiful. CandyDoll never ceases to amaze me with their skins. I think you should go demo one for yourself!

Wow, I had such a crazy weekend. I mean, work, homework, and then a headache that turned into a migraine. Was so not fun. I had to log in and put some yummy goodness together and make me look so cuties!

what’s your biggest folder?

I been thinking that I might have to walk around sl naked. Since my skin folder is bigger than any other folder in my invetory. Most of the times I know what skin I want to wear. But is  harder to choose an outfit. (Thats what i always say so I can go buy  more stuff <.< LOL). But anyways after I got some clothes on, I ran to the skin fair and got me a new skin from Essences. And all I can say is that I’m in love with it!

The Manchester….

Whenever I think of Manchester, I think of both Manchester, NY and Manchester, NH. Both places I would love to visit. But the Manchesters I am speaking of is actually the newest pants from BOOM. Oh my goodness how comfy are these? They move so well with my body. So many different colors to choose from as well.

I am also wearing one of the skins that will be available at Skin Fair 2013. This one is from The Plastik and is called Astrali in Earthe tone. The moment I put it on I seriously fell in love. I am not one to wear dark skins very often (even though I do have a few darker skins in my inventory for when I feel exotic) but this will definitely be one of my favorites. Seven SL Facts about Liane

I came across this challenge on Strawberry Singh’s blog. It’s called “My Seven SL Facts Meme”. I am usually skeptical trying different challenges because I don’t want any negativity around me, but guess what? There is ALWAYS negativity around no matter what. Read on so you can find out a bit more about me. (Picture first? Here goes.)

SL Fact #1:

I really am a nice person. I am shy at first and may seem a bit off-standish but I am really not. I am a sweetheart. (No really, I am.)

SL Fact #2:

I don’t do well with being told what to do. I am my own person and want to keep it that way.

SL Fact #3:

I live in a house, on a land, with my sister.

SL Fact #4:

I don’t usually venture out of my land. I feel awkward when out in public. (If you want to pull me out, by all means please do!)

SL Fact #5:

I don’t like the norm. I may have some normal toned skins or normal colored hairs, but I love having the dramatic colors and makeups. It makes for a funner look in my opinion.

SL Fact #6:

I am a skin whore. Yeah, I said it. What of it? You hate me now for it? I really can’t seem to go through all my skins and delete a whole mess of them. I feel like that would be chopping off one of my limbs.

SL Fact #7:

I have an addiction to head pieces. Be it feathers, hats, headbands, flowers; I will buy it. And I will incorporate it into one of my looks. It’s fun for me.
